Mike Curry setting up the Friday night operating session. Here Mike is setting out the different colored magnets on the
cars. Every town on the layout has a different colored magnet and every industry in a town has a different number on the colored magnet.
The yard operators build the trains to go to the towns East and West of where they are. Mike is seen here putting magnets on the cars in Jersey City
to go west.

A shot of the colored magnets we use. The Wilkes-Barre color is white and the numbers on the magnets indcate the industry they go to. If a car does not have a magnet
it is empty and there are rules for empty cars depending on where you are on the Railroad.

Another close up of the magnets we use. How does a magnet stick to a plastic car? We glue a magnet inside the car for the colored magnet to stick to.
